The HMG50 is a rather unassuming weapon, with a generic name and no real-life counterpart. Considering its stats, it's probably a tribute to the OICW of the first Strike Force Heroes. While having low rate of fire and a smaller sized magazine (for machine guns), it boasts the largest hit chance of the MG's and the highest damage, albeit by a small margin.
The Ratatouille is the custom version, with a chance to poison any enemy is comes in contact with (quite a potent soup, that is!).
