The Desert Eagle is a Pistol that makes an appearance in all three games.
Description[]
Strike Force Heroes[]
It is available as a Secondary Weapon to all classes. It is unlocked at Rank 41 and costs $6,625 to use. In terms of damage per shot, the Desert Eagle is the most powerful pistol there is. However, its accuracy is less than all the other pistols as it only has a 60% accuracy. Some weaker enemies can be killed in one shot with a headshot. It has a massive range, and it is the last pistol to be unlocked.
Strike Force Heroes 2[]
Again, the Desert Eagle still packs a decent amount of damage and is very accurate, and a bit slower that the Automag.
Strike Force Heroes 3[]
It has the highest damage of all the pistols, but it has a lower rate of fire and mediocre accuracy. Its custom version is called the Jericho, hinting at the weapon's Israeli roots.
Tactics[]
- Medic: Mediocre when paired with Assault Rifles. Useless when paired with Magnums unless you like the idea of "dual revolvers".
- Assassin: Good backup for Sniper Rifles; the catch is that it is remarkably similar in stats to a sniper rifle (except for accuracy). Great for melees as a powerful alternative damage source ( with range).
- Commando: An excellent choice for fighting with explosives as it is a good backup for when you have no ammo. An average backup to most machineguns, bad with the AUG HBAR but amazing with the Minigun.
- Tank: This weapon is a top choice when fighting with a shield, as it can hold its own in a fight, unlike many other secondaries that rely on the shotgun. However, with most shotguns, it is advisable to use a P99 instead as to have at least some form of accurate ranged damage.
