The Cougar is a primary weapon for the Medic. It is a Magnum, and is very strong. It is also the second Magnum obtained for the Medic in the game.
Description[]
This weapon is unlocked at Level 8 and costs $375 to purchase. It looks decent at every stats, since is technically the first magnum, opposed to the Needler. However, lacks the range and the fire rate of the aforementioned weapon, though works very well with a decent secondary weapon.

It's a short, possibly snubnosed, magnum with wooden pistol grip.
Tactics[]
It can be swapped for the 357, Colt 45, or the .44, which are statistically better in later levels.
