The ARX 160 is an assault rifle featured the the last two games of the series.
Strike Force Heroes 2[]
This is an Assault Rifle usable by the Engineer. It has high damage and accuracy stats, as well as a decent range, but it is heavily limited by the fact it is Single Fire only, making it somewhat poor when it comes to damage over time.
Strike Force Heroes 3[]
This class of weapon can only be equipped by Engineers and Medics. It has a 3-round burst that maintains accuracy but limits firepower. The weapon has decent damage and mild bullet variation, it can be used as a middle-high range weapon for a more precise solider.
The Custom version of this weapon is called the Future Soldier, which has a 5-round burst instead of a 3 one, allowing for slightly higher damage output per click.

Trivia[]
- The weapon depicted in SFH3 incorrectly fires in three/five-round bursts, as the real weapon can only fire in semi or full-auto.
- In SFH3, the custom name of the ARX 160, "Future Soldier", is a reference to the Soldato Futuro (English: Future Soldier) program of the Italian Armed Forces, with the aim to replace the then-standard Beretta AR70/90 from service.
